The Flight Mezuzah follows the pure form that runs through the Rocket series. Each piece is handmade by Laura in her studio using traditional silversmithing techniques, including sawing, filing, drilling and polishing.

The shin is integrated into the structure rather than applied as decoration, becoming part of the overall design. The result is a contemporary mezuzah with a strong, sculptural presence.

Laura Cowan is a contemporary Judaica designer known for her modern menorahs and architectural Jewish ritual objects. A graduate of Silversmithing and Jewellery at London Guildhall University, she designs and handcrafts her work in Israel.
