Handmade Items
All items are handmade by Laura Cowan. No two pieces are identical, and small variations may occur as part of the making process, including hammering, stamping and filing.

Shipping
All parcels are shipped from Israel. Some countries impose customs duties and VAT on imported goods. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Each piece is carefully wrapped and boxed. Delivery, both internationally and within Israel, typically takes 4–7 days after shipping. Laura Cowan is not liable for delays once the parcel has been dispatched.

Returns
Returns on full-price merchandise must be made within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging and include all accessories to qualify for a full credit. A refund may be refused if these conditions are not met.

Personalised or engraved items are non-returnable. Shipping costs and gift wrapping costs are non-refundable.

In the case of shipping damage, please contact info@lauracowan.com.

You must email info@lauracowan.com to receive a return number and shipping instructions before sending an item back. Returns without a return number will not be processed.

If returning an item from outside Israel, please mark the parcel “Returned goods” to avoid customs delays.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. Upon receipt and approval, the purchase price will be refunded less shipping costs, gift wrapping costs (if applicable) and a $15 administration fee.
