Handmade Items
All items are handmade by Laura Cowan. No two pieces are identical, and small variations may occur as part of the making process, including hammering, stamping and filing.

Shipping
All parcels are shipped from Israel. Some countries impose customs duties and VAT on imported goods. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Each piece is carefully wrapped and boxed. Delivery, both internationally and within Israel, typically takes 4–7 days after shipping. Laura Cowan is not liable for delays once the parcel has been dispatched.

Returns

Items delivered outside Israel are final sale and cannot be returned.

Returns on full-price items must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and include all accessories to qualify for a refund. Refunds may be refused if these conditions are not met.

Personalised or engraved items are non-returnable. Shipping and gift wrapping costs are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact info@lauracowan.com.

You must email info@lauracowan.com to receive a return number and instructions before sending an item back. Returns without a return number will not be accepted.

Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. Once received and approved, a refund will be issued minus original shipping costs, gift wrapping (if applicable), and a $15 handling fee.
